We collect identification, navigation, third party and biometric data necessary to provide our services and offer products.

We use your data for identification, authentication, registration maintenance, contact, responding to requests and queries, information about news and products, innovation, studies and research, customization of content and advertising, profile creation, monitoring, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and exercise of rights in legal proceedings.

Your data may be shared to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, to execute contracts, to exercise rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings and to ensure fraud prevention.

Terms and conditions of GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS

GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS is a vacation rental manager for furnished residential apartments in residential condominiums. The terms and conditions for accepting temporary residents in our SUITES are as follows:

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 1:00 pm and check-out must be done by 11:00 am the following day. If you need to check in before or after the established time, please contact GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS in advance to check availability and possible extra charges.

Order and Silence: GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS expect all guests to keep the apartment in order and in reasonable condition during their stay. Furthermore, all guests must respect the right to tranquility of other occupants of the building and maintain silence during rest hours.

Infectious diseases: If a guest presents symptoms of infectious diseases, GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS reserves the right to refuse entry permission and accommodation. We ask that, in the event of symptoms, guests contact our team as soon as possible to reschedule their reservation.

Minors: GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS accept minors only if they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Submission of documents: It is mandatory to send documents to confirm the ownership of the tenant of our rooms, as well as possible sending of a photo to allow access via facial recognition.

Data Protection: GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS follow the regulations of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and guarantees that all guests' personal data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without their prior authorization.

Rental Receipt: At the end of the stay, a rental receipt will be issued to guests to prove the stay and payment for the services used.

Acceptance of terms and conditions: When making a reservation at GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS, the guest accepts all the terms and conditions of this policy, as well as all other rules and regulations established by GLASS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS.
